A 43 year old woman approached us with complains of bloating, urticaria psoriasis, heavy periods, heaviness in breast, endometrial thickness, inability to lose weight, depression, anxiety, large fibroid, itchy patches all over skin, as well as on scalp & skin.
She was advised following investigation to rule out the root cause:
Blood reports showed high ESR i.e. 24 mm/hr (Normal range 0-15), Low Vitamin D level 26.6 ng/ml (Normal range 30-100) & low levels of Vitamin B12 i.e. 165 pg/ml (Normal range 211-911)
Hormone results revealed hike in ANTI TG level at 6.06 IU/ml (Normal range <=4.11)
Estradiol (Pic 1) was extremely high 825.2 (Normal range 19.5-356.7pg/ml) depending on menstrual phase) depicts Estrogen dominance.

Testosterone free was high 4.46 pg/ml (Normal range 0.2-4.1)
She was found positive for Ebstein Barr Virus IgG i.e. 677 U/mL (normal <20) as well as for Candida IgM 1.6 (normal <0.9)
Her overall heavy metal level (Pic 2) was high – aluminum, arsenic & cadmium were higher than normal; phosphorus, silicon, sulphur & chromium were extremely low, which indicated poor absorption of nutrients.

Her comprehensive stool results (pic 3) showed presence of dysbiotic flora Morganella morganii at 3+, its causing dysbiosis and releases number of toxic substances. A number of toxic substances can be produced by the dysbiotic bacteria including amines, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide, phenols, and secondary bile acids which may cause inflammation or damage to the brush border of the intestinal lining. If left unchecked, long-term damage to the intestinal lining may result in leaky gut syndrome, allergies, autoimmune disease (e.g. rheumatoid arthritis), irritable bowel syndrome, fatigue, chronic headaches, and sensitivities to a variety of foods. In addition, pathogenic bacteria can cause acute symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, and fever in cases of food poisoning.

Also the report depicted(pic 4) low elastase -an indicator of pancreatic exocrine insufficiency and low secretory IgA which shows low gut immunity against infections.
It was also detected that Short chain fatty acids(SCFA) were low in percentage. Valerate a SCFA is associated with dysbiosis (including insufficiency dysbiosis) , compromised intestinal barrier function (intestinal permeability) and inappropriate immune and inflammatory conditions.

Her Food intolerance report showed intolerance towards multiple food items.
Based on her test results her treatment was started with nutraceutical, IV detox therapies, hormonal balancing, and bio-film bursting detox enemas, including specific dietary modifications.
After 3 months of treatment blood test showed big drop in her Estradiol (pic 5) level from 825.2 to 155.6pg/ml.
