Can food intolerance cause hair fall?
Food intolerances are extremely common in today’s time, mostly due to the damaged gut.
We are constantly damaging our gut with foods which are loaded with anti-nutrients. Unaware of the existing food intolerances/allergies, we continue to suffer from symptoms such as inability to lose weight, bloating, burping, extreme hair fall, dry damaged skin, acne, rosacea, eczema, aging skin, etc..
Hair fall is an autoimmune disease and has its roots in the Gastro-Intestinal System, much like all other autoimmune diseases having an autoimmune disease is a sign that our immune system is damaged and is in need of healing. While losing hair, thankfully, isn’t fatal, therefore often ignored, it is a sign of a much deeper issue going on inside the body.
Constant intake of food which we are intolerant to leads to inflammation of the hair follicles and deprives them of the required nutrients, in turn, causes hair fall.
Most common food allergens responsible for this are Wheat and wheat products, milk and milk products, We can reduce the inflammation and support our body functioning at its optimum level of health, simply by changing our diet.
